All personnel use only company approved products and equipment, ensuring proper handling according to safety regulations. The health of our clients, team and environment is a priority. Eco friendly products are available upon request.
Confidentiality and Data Protection Policy
United Cleaning Service LLC is fully committed to client privacy. All personal information, location details, access points and belongings are treated with strict confidentiality. Taking photos, recordings or sharing any information is prohibited without express client authorization.
Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. Changes made after this period may incur a fee equivalent to the scheduled service cost due to allocated staff and resources.
Client Satisfaction and Guarantee Policy
If the service does not meet expectations, clients may request a correction at no additional cost within 24 hours after the visit. We aim to ensure results that match our quality standards.
We reserve the right of admission when safety, respect or policy compliance is compromised.
